Emriver is available by email (info@emriver.com) and phone 
      (+1 618.529.7423) to answer any questions you have about models and accessories. Our knowledgeable staff will help you determine the best model, media, and accessories for your needs.

Let us know if you need additional documents as you secure funding (such as a W-9, sole source statement, product description, etc).

Once a purchase order is received, we will confirm your order and begin production. If your institution does not issue purchase orders, written confirmation of the order is accepted as well.

Lead times will vary, but generally speaking for domestic clients, the Em2 Stream Table takes 2-4 weeks, the Em3 Stream Table 4-6 weeks, 
and the Em4 Stream Table 6-8 weeks. Please inquire with our staff for more precise lead times for your custom order.

Once built, your model and all accessories will be shipped on pallets and crates. Our freight forwarders will pick up your shipment and we will send you the tracking information and set up instructions. Emriver cannot guarantee delivery dates.

After your model arrives, we will send you an electronic invoice.

After your purchase, an Emriver employee will reach out two weeks after delivery to ask how the delivery process was, if you have set up your model and if you have any questions so far. While the manual may have many of the answers you’re seeking, we want to know about your experience and if there’s anything 
we can improve upon.

Once you have used your model consistently, we will reach out again asking for any further feedback 
or questions.
